Claim Period

Review and Response
Once we receive your request, it will be evaluated and you will receive a response within a maximum of 3 business days.

Product Replacement
If the claim is approved, we will replace the product within a maximum of 7 calendar days from confirmation.

Conditions

  • You must present the purchase receipt and return the product in its original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories when applicable.

  • Returns are not accepted for personal-use products that have been opened or used, unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.

  • Shipping costs related to returns or replacements will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
