Our warranty and return policy is as follows:
Claim period
You have 3 calendar days from the date you receive your order to submit any claim by writing to [email protected]
Review and response
Once your request is received, it will be evaluated, and you will receive a reply within 3 business days.
For warranty-covered products, you must attach clear photographs of the product.
General conditions
A valid purchase invoice is required.
The product must be returned in its original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories when applicable.
Returns are not accepted for personal-use products that have been opened or used, except when covered by warranty.
Shipping costs
Warranty returns (manufacturing defects, malfunctions, or other applicable cases): Extrategical will cover the shipping costs for both the return and the replacement.
Returns for personal reasons: the customer must cover the shipping costs for both the return and any new shipment (if applicable).
Replacement or refund
If the claim is approved, the replacement or refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 calendar days from confirmation.
In the case of replacement, the new product will be shipped within a maximum of 5 calendar days.
Promotions are subject to specific conditions and validity periods published on the site or through our official channels.
Promotions are not cumulative with other discounts unless expressly indicated.
Extrategical reserves the right to modify, limit, or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.
